This is in the Crunchyroll blog, so they specifically mention "worldwide outside of Asia" but only on that page.
Crunchyroll has officially teamed up with Xbox to offer three months of Xbox Game Pass for PC to both current Crunchyroll Premium subscribers and new users who begin a Crunchyroll free trial worldwide outside of Asia.

There isn't any tab under Purchase & Credit, only order history.
I canceled the auto renewal but the other tab is just missing. Could you post the direct link to payment methods please?

On the CrunchyRoll website click your Profile, then Setttings.
Go to Payment Methods to delete it.
Go to Premium Membership Status to cancel it.

Tried my luck since it's been several months since i've been subbed to gamepass... got a weird message that said it was for Microsoft 365 or Microsoft 365 Family and might need to redeem on another device. Tried both xbox app and browser.

I don't think so, I had a sub for game pass for a few months at the start of the year and I was able to use the code I received from crunchyroll. I used the same Microsoft/Xbox account.
Edit: maybe it has to do with the type of membership though... The first time, I had Game Pass Ultimate and with the crunchyroll promotion, it's just the normal, basic Game Pass so maaaaybe that's why the code worked for me.

What is the difference between Claim and Redeem? I don't see the Claim button anywhere. Once you get a specific 25 digit code, does that mean it has been claimed and that specific 25 digit code now belongs to you for you to redeem when you are ready?

The site says the code is only valid for new XBOX Game Pass subscribers.
You'll need a credit card to sign up for recurring subscriptions to XBOX Game Pass when you redeem the code. You can immediately cancel your recurring charge on the account and you still get the 3 months.
I'm not a new subscriber but my XBOX Game Pass subscription had expired in June so I was able to redeem the code for another 3 months. I tried using a 2nd code but it could not be redeemed. YMMV but I think new and expired subscribers are the same thing to them. You can't stack the redemption codes to get more than 3 months.
