I've played and finished type:rider recently and I like it a lot. Do you have any recommendations for me?

Here is a type:rider giveaway, maybe someone else enjoys it too: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/4bjjf/typerider

Metamorphabet

Thanks for the tip-- hadn't seen this one before.

my daughter has loved it's spring again since she was 2 and playing it on my touchscreen laptop. i bought it for her amazon fire tablet too.

looking at metamorphabet i don't know that she'd learn much from it at this point (she's 3, knows her alphabet, and is working on spelling) but looks like another one that would be great for a kid with a touchscreen. added to my wishlist, thanks for pointing it out!

Also, The Deer is an educational game that is on sale.

Don't really see type:rider as educational, but Humongous Entertainment games are educational, but really designed at kids level.

For a typing game, Epistory - Typing Chronicles is very nice.

Thank you, I've added epistory to my wishlist. Type:rider has an education tag on steam. I realized too late that education term may confuse people. I should add "for adults" maybe. Still I got great recommendations.

I played the room and looking forward to play the room 2 (fingers crossed for a good discount). Thank you for your recommendation. I've purchased the bridge.
And I may be a little old for barbie (...or not).

I could recommend The Witness as a good intellect training.

This indie developer blows my mind. I could not finish the braid. Let's hope this time will be different. Thank you!

Words are not enough to describe the brilliance of this extraordinary gem that's called Braid!

oh, braid was actually shorter and easier

I am not skilled enough to finish braid. Before braid the last time I played a platformer, it was super mario and I was 8.

I could remember only 1 or 2 semi-hard platforming moments in Braid, it's mostly a puzzle. Anyway Witness don't have any platforming at all.

There is a phrase which is used a lot by forum users in our country. It is something like this: "Guys, don't hit anymore, he is dead." I am "dead" since you said braid is shorter and easier, please don't "hit" anymore:')

I would suggest (not only because I love that game), it just perfect for training your intelligence and abstract thinking.
Also if your looking for historical informations you could check Heart of Iron or Civ, but don't expect to learn straight historical facts, more like interesting curiosities :)
