Hi. I´ve never had this happen to me before so I don´t know what you´re supposed to do in this situation.
I created a train. All but two of the winners marked the games as received. It´s been a week since the giveaways ended. Acording to their SG profile they have been online since then (one some 30 minutes ago, the other one day ago) and they have not activated the keys on their accounts (at least the games they won are not listed in their Steam game´s list). Do I email the winners asking them to activate their wins? Do I just ask for a reroll?
Thanks in advance.

After a week you can request a re-roll, post screenshots of your attempt to contact them in the ticket

You see an eye if they have viewed the key. If not, just ask for reroll.
Otherwise they can have used the key or it didnt work and they didnt bother contacting you.

Check your giveaways. If the eye symbol is there, it means the key has been viewed. In that case, I would leave a comment on their Steam profile page, asking them to check and mark the game as received, and I would file a Request Received Feedback ticket.

If it has not been viewed, you can ask Support for a re-roll.

Where would the eye icon be? All I see is a question mark and "awaiting feedback". Would it be before the link to view the key? I have the key icon there.

BTW, thank you all for the replies.

On the winner's page, before the steam key you put in.
Like with one of your received giveaways, here you can check it: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/J8KKf/jumpingboy/winners

Oh, I see adam beat me to it. :) It'll be to the left of the Link Modify Delete links under the Key heading.

You can ask for a reroll but you have to show that you attempted to contact them first.
