  2. NO, YOU need to activate the won game on the account you have won it!

  3. READ THE FAQ/RULES NEXT TIME instead of asking the forum! Everything is explained there. I'm getting sick of people coming to this site and start entering giveaways and creating giveaways without reading the FAQ/RULES! And then they go "Waaaaa why did i get suspended?" When you go to a NEW SITE, READ THE RULES FOR THAT SITE, it's going to take less time than creating a forum topic asking about it and then waiting for an answer!

That's taken from the FAQ page and i think it's a perfect answer to what you were asking.
