Hi...this is the first time for me seeing this issue.
I pressed the sync button, and my wishlist (on steamgift) turned to 0.
At the moment "https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/search?type=wishlist" shows nothing.

I'm pretty sure I have over 1k games in my wishlist on steam...
My profile page is not private either...
I don't know why it happened and how to fix this.

One option for getting answers to questions like these is using the site search function (or as a more reliable option, Google's search function), as those can usually get you an answer rather quickly for site-related issues.

To save you the time, this happens any time Steam doesn't properly send data out (such as when Steam's servers are hiccuping or are overloaded), thus returning empty results to sync requests. Resyncing Steamgifts will correct the issue (except sometimes during Steam sales, where the servers can act up for extended durations).

Steam is displaying zero games on your wishlist. I think they're experiencing some issues at the moment.

You're right. These new privacy settings mean that Game Details will need to be set to public. I expect this is going to cause a variety of issues, so I'll need to look into the changes a little more in-depth.

Steam API is having issues right now, it's not possible to get owned games either, just sync later

That seems to be part of the new privacy settings as well. By default, owned games is only visible to friends now.

Steam updated Privacy Settings, I had to set Game Details to Public to sync my wishlist. https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/gi5cj/steam-new-profile-privacy-settings-also-steamgifts-0-wishlist-bug

Yep, but it works. If you leave the page and return to it, the values stayed the same.
However, for SGTools GAs you would have to also synchronize on SGTools.

That's because the setting changes the instant you select the new setting. You might notice the word "saving" that appears beside the setting when you change it, which then changes to saved. Once it shows saved, the settings change is complete.
