I checked co.uk, doesn't look like the European sites have the sale at all.
But yeah, Amazon is localized in its sales, always worth checking your local version of Amazon, rather than .com, which generally, from what I've seen, tends to cater just to NA.

Meh. It's not like skins for an FPS character add that much. Well, sure in multiplayer it helps identify who's who if you have more than 1 of the same character around, but in this case the skins you can get in-game are more than enough to cover that particular scenario.

It's always worth checking your local Amazon site to see if the sales exist there as well; Though each localized site seems to be independently operated, which is likely why you run into exclusive, localized sales in the first place.

Until recently .com was the only option for digital games, .co.uk started offering them but even after that an american address was still all I needed to purchase from .com. In this case I can't get at them with just an address, nor using Hola. Not worth the effort involved in pissing around with a VPN.

Untill I used the VPN it said "Items unavailable" anf afterwards it told me my billing address is outside of the United States and I should check if the items are available in my country's amazon aswell, so I did what I had to do ;)

You tried a proxy/different proxy ? For me it only worked with one and showed unavailable without (I'm using Zenmate extension for Firefox)
