I'm surprised Banzai Pecan is not in the bundle given today is Pecan day. Anyway I'm unsure whether to buy 10 copies and do gibs for half of them

worth it for great escape, 10x all the way (though after 7 days, it may not be as good, but 1 bg = 20 bundles i guess)

as a side note, i set qty to 2 and bought 20, and it just bumped it from 16 to 17

ed2: oh, and multiple copies is cheaper than gems

My first time buying from this site, and right away a huge fail was the fact that after registering, they email your account name and password to you in plain text.

Second fail was that when checking out, they send you to a Paypal page in French rather than your local language.

And of course, this isn't really a fail because they warn you about it ahead of time, but you do wonder why it takes up to 24 hours for them to deliver your keys, rather than the process being more immediate.

Oh my! Have you contacted support about this error? Or is it all worked out now.

These weren't really errors per se, just sloppy and unprofessional. My order went through OK, I'm just pointing out that the people running the site need to tighten things up a bit.

if you send Bacq a message on steam he will usually speed up the key delivery.
Not sure if he will do that for everyone ,but he did for me .
But i've done some App beta testing and game reviews for him ,so i'm not 100% sure.
p.s:
it's easy to change the language on the paypal payment page in the drop down menu.

Just made 4 10-pack purchases from OtakuMaker for some mass giveaways (after account bloating and card farming, naturally). 11 keys found duplicate so far. Not happy in the slightest.

EDIT: Due to this, the gibs will not be happening, out of respect to the potential winners.

See, that's what I'm talking about. Where are these keys coming from? Is the process automated or are they generating them manually or something? This kind of thing looks very amateurish.

Oh gosh .... Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear this. I'll make a note in the OP. Hopefully the customer support can reissue keys or a refund

Sent messages for each order. Still leaves me many keys to go through, as well as a sinking feeling that the keys I do have may have also gone to someone else, putting a theoretical chaos timer on them. What I have activated I consider more than worth the pay, I'll just remember never to buy from the site again, regardless of support response :P

Got my first responses so far.

Response to message one:

Hi

We are sorry, we'll see this with the developer thank you
here is a new key :
<keys listed>

Response to message two:

Hi
we contacted the developer
I think it generated erroneously key beta (limited in time)

we will soon receive new keys
I return the keys, that as soon as possible

Could you test the keys please :
<keys listed>

Someone tell me how I am expected to "test" keys (sarcasm, I know there is no way)? This is ridiculous. By the second note, I am being passed keys that the seller can't even confirm are valid.

Never again.

Sigh. Well, the one key I wanted in the bundle, The Great Escape, worked, so there's that. :-|

Another fail is that when you buy multiple bundles, they group the keys by game, rather than bundle, so if you're buying for a group of people, you have to sort out the keys manually.

They also don't seem to store any keys in your account like Cubic and DIG do, and only give you keys via email. Sigh.
