My scroll isn't working (SOLVED: open in new tab)

Are you using chrome ?
Because it randomly happens to me too, every now and then it doesn't work in a specific tab, if you open the same url in another tab it works normally

Happens to me since a couple days ago too. Good thing I bought another mouse since I thought my old one broke >.<

It happens on chrome in my case, just force refresh it or open a new tab and everything should be fine.

It's a Chrome bug.

And here I was thinking there was a giveaway here because of the horrible spelling.
But yeah, if it's Chrome it happens to me all the time.
It can also happen on the Steam Client for whatever reason.
