Stupid question, why is Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead II valued at 100 dollars currently?

I went to enter one figuring it would be 20 points to enter and was really confused when it said it was 100 points. It is still $19.99 on Steam. I hope this doesn't artificially inflate the contributor value of those giving it away.
