I have a bunch of keys in a file for games I apparently already own, so I would rather give them away, but I dont know what games they are for.

When I enter them into steam I get this:-

There used to be an OK button which lauched the installer so I knew what game it was.for.

If you are sure you own them, you can find that out if you activate in the browser while having steamdb extension. It will tell you the sub you are trying to activate

A good way to always have those handy is to stick them on your SG profile in a comment or your profile description ;)

That would be an EGST feature (or whatever it's called, haven't been using it for years). It's an extension for steamgifts basically

+1 for the SteamDB extension, it's very useful for many things while browsing the Steam website.

But, I know installing extensions is not everyone's fav method, here you have an alternate one:
