Hmm, didn't keep track of my DLC's count at all... But maybe something turned free to play?
And I don't have any good advice for how you can see what's "lost".. :/

same here (-2), maybe there are commands for steam console to see whats lost but i haven't used it for a long time and i don't care much about the lost dlc's anyway ;)
