Made a mistake...

I was making yesterday giveaways for the Amazon thq megapack and looks like Supreme Commander no longer gives you the expansion in the same key and the winner already claimed the key, so i was wondering witch are my options before sending a ticked.Any tip?

I have access to another key for the expansion aswell but it will hurt my wallet...

That key is gone now, so no matter how this is resolved, you will lose something. My suggestion is to send a ticket asking to remove the giveaway and get in contact with the winner to explain what has happened. That could take a while, so if you want to resolve this fast, just give him the other key. Sorry, but you just don't have many options at this point :S

Obviously I've already seen the giveaway. I'm asking you how you found out he sent the gold edition key. I thought you knew something more, but clearly you don't.

So.... What you saying is that he made a giveaway of a game he don't own while he didn't know its a different version then he actually owns? Despite the giant GOLD EDITION after its name and the other image?

The Supreme Commander keys in the THQ pack included Forged Alliance by mistake at first.

He thought that his key included it as well and gave it away as such, but it didn't.

This is what exactly hapenned. If i know they changed/fixed the key on amazon i would have made the correct giveaway selection.

But the expansion key is in included in the mega pack, so you could give that one. Then you didn't made a mistake.

It would be allowed to delete the giveaway then make a correct one but private and send to him alone the link?
Maybe that way all other user will get points refunded and also i got some contrition value...

But i think maybe i should give him the other key(Sadly he oly won a started pack for a free to play game).

ALso feels so good almost all my winner have mid contribution and low wins,

You have to contact he costumer support of the site where you bought it, you probably get an expansion key so you can give that to the winner.
