People've done it before. I know a few that do a "If you enter I blacklist you" approach to try and make people consider carefully which giveaway of the user they enter.
Blacklists can get pretty interesting as a gimmick, if you just accept them as a casual filter, the same way some people approach whitelists [eg, add a bunch of people for an event, then wipe the list when it's over].

I've been white listed by random people and I have no idea why maybe it's because they like my Tim Curry avatar same for the other list by people i've had zero interaction with i think some people have way to much free time.

Wow, that is just rude ;/. Don't worry, there's many people like that here, you just have to get used to this and live with that, I tell you. You wouldn't like to not be on whitelist of people like that anyway, right? I sometimes find myself on whitelists of people with whom I have not interacted (or at least I don't remember) and I ponder about their reasons, but I don't usually ask why, 'cause I don't want to sound ungrateful x__X I know it's silly, but can't help it.

It legitimately confuses me and makes me feel weird [in that "I got a compliment but don't know how to react" way].

It's a real nuisance of late, since I don't even consider people for my whitelist anymore, since I'm using the Positive Thinking group alongside all whitelist giveaways while I work at trimming down the whitelist [I was a bit overeager, early on :P].

Certain answers are outright satire, meant to highlight the irrationality of certain declarations and the double-standard of how people view blacklist versus whitelist, even though both solely act as filters.
Primarily, however, this thread is meant to give a well-earned laugh to the users who've had to put up with a regular output of this sort of material, and many answers were chosen just for that effect.
( Just think, I could have included a "No reason"? Seriously??? You are a giver of the highest order. Welcome to whitelists everywhere...' option. :'D )
