You close the drain, probably someone just forgot it open, then proceed to fix the water collector. The filters are clogged and there are some holes in it left open from the last psycho attempt of Winthorp to turn it into a coke machine.
You could do some regular maintenance to squeeze out the last drips of water or you could build an emergency anti-fire system knowing the storm will strike the campbase.

If you do regular maintenance and drain the water clogged into the collector go to page 40.

If you create a new anti-fire system linked to the collector go to page 41.
