No. There is a bit of math to it, and there is a certain number of people in each of the higher levels. L10 will only have 10 users at a time, IIRC.

Not quite it seems, bet db is a bit buggy yet. Looked a bit through other peoples profiles and I should have about Level 1~2 if looking at given worth, but still lists 0.

It goes something like this if I can recall correctly: The last place guy of level 10 determines the level of other people. The requirements for a certain level are not fixed, they change, you may be level 6, but as long as the last guy (lowest contributor of level 10) keeps donating, the requirements for levels rise, so tomorrow you may be level 5. Bundle games, I think, no longer count towards your level progression. I think this is how it works, feel free to say I'm wrong, guys how know this thing for sure.

Well I regret I bought non bundle games to create giveaways here. I could do the same with a couple of dollars worth bundle games...

Those lvls limit all these things. Here is an example of how I think: Now we have (let's say) 10 levels and that's it. When we had CV there was infinite number of levels. How is it? Well, we could compare each lvl to the smallest difference between one CV and another CV. For example, lvl 1 = $0.01 CV.. Lvl 2 = $0.02 and so on. Having 1-10 levels instead of 1-'infinite' levels limits everything very much, doesn't it?

I hope to see CV system back since it was more fair to those who aren't that rich.

Everyone should be equal on this site. As long as they gave away at least one game, bundled or not.

It should be friendly ESPECIALLY to the poorer people who just can't afford to buy games, not to the rich people who can already buy every game they want >_<
