Probably because she's put together several sentences that conflict with her statements.
"I won Red Orchestra" + "I recieved a gift" + " "Your purchase has been cancelled."
Looking at her SteamGifts profile, it doesn't show her winning Red Orchestra, so based on her other statements I think she's trying to purchase the game as a gift, but it's giving her that error message. Also, if you look at her Steam Profile, it's showing she has the game in her library. Her inventory is private, so I cant check for a gift there, but yeah, that's what I think happened.

Wins don't show up until they're marked as received.
Also, regarding why noone has posted an answer before wbarton I'm baffled myself, her post might not make much sense but on the SG i know 300 despreate guys would have been in line to help her already.
