3:1 is not the giveaways ratio requirement, it's a ratio of bundled vs. non-bundled games in this train. It's not protected by anything.
ITH comes into play for the 12th game I'm giving away on this train, so you have to get to the 1st "wagon" before you can even get to the ITH quiz.
I was "coding" it, and this time's almost the same way. It has nothing to do with the topic title on this one, though.
