By the way usually buying in China is the cheapest and for most items they have worldwide free shipping. Choice a reliable seller like dhgate or aliexpress though. Also don't forget to look at custum duties in your own country. Every country has his own maximum value to import "free".

Europe is big, and it differs a lot from country to country. Ordering something in the UK will be quite different from ordering something in Romania. And even ordering from the same foreign store can differ a lot between countries.
