Yeah but as I told to Archi this is one of the first "big" trades I made. I usually just trade smaller things and buy games from trusted people/sites... I've been stupid :)

You are right. I was in a rush and really wanted the game. I've been stupid, that's all. I just wanted to let people know because someone else could be scammed like this because they didn't pay attention/do researches. Still, it's my bad because I've just traded small things since now so...

Nobody knows everything, and we're almost always learning on our own mistakes, and not on the mistakes of others - you're not the first one that got scammed, and I can assure you that you're not the last one either. You did a mistake, that's right, and now you can learn from it in order to avoid it in the future.

EDIT: deleted all things that refer to him because I just learnt it's against the rules.
I've just been scammed for the first time and it took me the hard way to learn it since i just threw away 25€.
Wrote on steamtrades thread and asked for the price of a game (XCOM2+DLC) and right after that the scammer added me. Didn't know who he was and i added him anyway (1st error here!). He started telling me about the game, what i could offer and he didn't tell me a price since when i told him my steam wallet credit (why would a trader even ask for that... 2nd warning!).
After this he kept telling me about steam gift cards and didn't even answer when i told him about paypal.
Lastly he sent me a website to buy the steam card and i bought that because i really wanted the game. Gave him the code first, just to get blocked and realize it only after 2 hours or messages.

Conclusion: I could have avoided it just by paying attention to the multiple VAC ban he has, search him on the steamtrades site or on the internet in general. I could have understood his intentions just by paying attention to what he was writing and especially what he was not answering to. Bad thing is that i didn't do that.
