Are there any other ways to get in contact with the winner of a give away besides steam and e-mails, i can see that they've been online (on both here and steam) but Steam gifts doesn't have a messaging system.

That won't happen. If the user doesn't claim their win in 7 days, you can request a re-roll (pick a new user to win the giveaway)

On any of their replies here, on steam or email, beyond that past 7 days you can ask for reroll with print screens or what you got

You can post one of their old giveaway, but if you are talking about the one's that ended yesterday then just wait, they have 7 days to redeem the key.

and that is sometimes problem, if winner online and was online on steam play game etc. why is that hard to active game and mark as recived?

he now can't create new giveaway because is hard to do that.

winner should add game immediately after he saw, not wait

It could be someone else using their browser while the tab is still on in the background.

Now days, been online doesn't mean he can access steam and playing game on steam might mean he has Idle Master or something running.

You have to wait 7 days before you can ask the support to re-roll the giveaway.

Next time you make a giveaway with a Steam Gift in your inventory, you could add the winner on Steam to send it to them, if you want to be 100% sure.
For now, you could check his/her Steam account to see if they added it, and if they didn't, just wait...
