Um, i'd love to help with the Photoshop, but I'm not that great. I can an okay job combining images, but I'm kinda bad at everything else. This is my best work, if you need anything better, than I won't be of much help.
I'm kinda confused about step two, so we comment with a Polish city in spoilers all around steamgifts, and then when we feel we have enough zlotys, we link to them all in the last comment, and send it to you before 10 pm Friday, GMT +0100?

Looks like we're going to fill SG with random polish cities. I'm sure many of us will try impromptu puns with their names. It'll probably lead to... (⌐■_■) unpolished city puns.

Ohh, it's in Poland? Didn't know that. I knew for a fact however that there is a nice little road loved by every driver going there it's called something like... (⌐■_■) Highway to Hel.

If you like funny stories: we have pretty popular festival called Open'er in Gdańsk. Everytime Groove Armada plays there they sing a song Let's Gdańsk! as it sounds very familiar ^^ Makes me smile everytime :)

Exactly, we only know when the giveaways begin and how long they last. From here, pick whichever suits your connection habit.
Each city has a price (as you can see in the table) and this price must be paid with comments. One comment = 10 zlotys
For your comments to count you must write the city's name at the end of your comments in spoilers and link your old comments in the newer ones.
For example, you can see how I did it at the end of my comment.
If you have enough zlotys, you'll receive an invite to the group related to the city you picked.
That's what I understood from the rules. Hope I was clear! Good luck! :3

You actually said to add it at the end of every comment... Does that mean from now till Friday? In every thread...? I guess for value of 50 then that would be 5 comments... However someone above posted one comment and put their city three times after the one comment and got a ticket. I assume because they linked to the city before correctly... Sorry I sound so clueless but the way of linking to comments and exact word in a comment is not clear yet for me.

Wybierasz miasto, do którego chcesz pojechać. Piszesz komentarze na SG, mogą być też w innych dyskusjach, z miastem ukrytym jako spoiler. Komentarze mogą być dowolne, aby było miasto. Taki 1 komentarz to 10 złotych. Sprawdzasz ile kosztuje bilet do miasta, które wybrałeś/aś i robisz tyle komentarzy. Później na dowód podajesz mi linki do tych komentarzy i dostajesz bilet. Można kupić tylko 1 bilet. Każde miasto ma przypisany 1 GA, to na który trafisz zależy od szczęścia. Giveaway'a zaczynają się o godzinie odjazdu pociągu i trwają tyle czasu ile trwa podróż. Musisz jednak zamówić bilet do piątku do 10 rano, żebym mógł Cię dodać do odpowiedniej grupy na Steam :)

COMEDOWN
COMEDOWN is my new puzzle project. It's gonna be complex, it's gonna be challanging, it's gonna be logical. Hard puzzle solvers - I promise you won't be dissapointed! People who think they can't solve puzzles don't worry, you will have fun with this too!
To make this puzzle that much complex and affordable for everyone I need some feedback from community. The information you will give me will be very valuable for me and I'm gonna give back with a great puzzle, I promise! I am aware that some of my question could have been already answered in other threads but I want to have it all in one place.
I'm gonna test things here, so you can expect some minor puzzles in this thread series as well - with giveaways of course.
If I'll find somebody's help standing out I'm gonna thank him in a proper way :)
PART ONE:
1. I'm looking for somebody with decent Photoshop skills to help me with the puzzle.
2. [OPTIONAL] I'm looking for somebody who would do a small website for the puzzle.
PART TWO:
1. Choose city.
Write the name of the Polish city as spoiler in EVERY comment. ONLY ONE CITY! Example: Warsaw
2. Earn money.
One comment = 10 zlotys.
2. Buy a ticket.
Add links to all your comments in your last comment. You can check prices of the tickets below.
3. Be on time.
There are different times of departure for each train! Check below.
4. Enjoy the ride.
Every train rides for a different amount of time. Check below.

The trip begins at Sunday but you have to book your ticket until 10 AM FRIDAY!
Every train has to have at least 5 passengers to run!

You can apply until 10 am Friday. I will add you to the specific group on Steam, so you could run the train you wanted. I'm gonna start all the GA's and add you to the group between 10:00 AM Friday and 03:12 AM Sunday (UTC +01:00).
