Stores have to get the publishers permission to discount games when they are well below the RRP. Amazon probably went around and asked all the publishers for the best deals they could do for a sale.

Publishers are still capable of making stores have a sale/reduce the price of their items, but I don't think that's what happened here because there are numerous other games from other publishers in this sale.

It means the game is coming with steam key you can see it on amazon game page.. If you're asking for Dungeon Defenders, answer is yes.

I don't know what kind of DLC is that 1, anyway there is an exclusive pet and exclusive things always cool.
