Just tried 1 minute ago, and it worked. It looks like this is available to anyone who has not yet linked their Playfire account to Steam. Even if it's an older existing account. If you've already linked your account to Steam previously, you'll have to buy Keebles to get the 4 games ;o) Cheers.

It would have been smarter for GMG to giveaway their game Keebles with the purchase of these 4 games as a bundle and maybe charge $1 - $2 for it. Instead of alienating their current members and creating a system that is obviously being abused to obtain the games for free anyways. This was a stupid idea to giveaway these games like this and whoever thought it up is also stupid.

Very likely they are not doing this out of the goodness of their heart. Many businesses run incentive programs to attract new clientele. It's a very cost effective way to advertise and increase their user base. Will everyone who got a few pennies worth of games become a customer? Of course not, but that isn't really the expectation with any form of advertising.
If instead they had tried to generate a few bucks of revenue with these games, very few new people (myself included) would have learned about Playfire, let alone signed up and provided their email and Steam id. So while it may generate some resentment with existing customers, leveraging social media and playing a numbers game with new user retention is often a rather smart business strategy.

Either way, there could have been a better way to help generate traffic to a site such as Playfire. Instead of artificially inflating their userbase yet again with a business tactic of questionable integrity. I say it is stupid idea as this is not the first time Playfire has done this to generate an influx of new members to make it appear like actual interest in the site itself. I am not sure about GMG, but it seems they follow the same principles of new user acquisitions. Whatever though. I am not caring about any of it anyways. Social media is meh and so are most social sites, everyone always seems to have ulterior motives. Specially when money is involved.

Heh... Well I know nothing of their history, having just learned about them through this promotion. But I was including Steamgifts within the definition of social media, since this is where I learned about them. So don't say "meh" too quickly ;o)

Well, the site says there are 1.5 Million users that I can chat with... That is a lot of chatting. To bad I already have an account with a linked Steam account that doesn't work with their tracking - https://www.playfire.com/adam_zombie lel, I played in 1970

yes. this client is just for sync xbox and ps i think.
but not i get an email everytime i start playing a new game like "you've started tracking a new game".
The also gave me some rewards (about 1€)

How to?
1. Create a new Playfire account (and susbcribe to the newsletter).
2. Link this Playfire account with your Steam account (Playfire settings).
3. The Bundle will appear your Playfire profile (My Rewards) or mail.
4. Sometimes this takes a little bit longer. Please be patienti just follow the steps and works fine for me. pasteproof:

depends on the mail service. afaik there are a lot of which don't need phone confirmation, like gmx.de ... but yeah everybody how he likes :)

Other people are saying you have to subscribe to the newsletter in order to get the games. You should put this in your original post. It seems you must subscribe before creating the account. It won't let you subscribe afterwards. I created new steam and playfire account for nothing.
