[Free DLC] Witcher 3 - 16 free DLC's

Nice! I have 16 DLC's for the game I don't have! (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ

Are these only free for GOG purchases or are they free for everyone? I know they have a few paid and overpriced DLC planned as well..

it's pretty obvious but i have to point it out:
the game will have 16 free dlcs,these are small DLCs such as Armor sets,weapons,small quests,etc.
in addition to these the game will have 2 Expansion Packs which are NOT free,These EPs will add quest lines and have around 20-30 hours of game play...

I'd prefer making the game run with more than 25FPS on a $500 GPU instead (GTX 780.)

Am I the only one who wishes that? The game runs like a pig. I don't need dlc. I need the game to run well on high-end PCs instead.
