Do not mark as received. Attempt to contact the ga creator and explain the situation. If they respond, there's typically one of 3 possible outcomes. They may try to replace the key, they might acknowledge it was an older key (or couldn't remember if it had already been used) and ask your approval to delete the ga, or they might ask support to look into the situation if they suspect foul play was involved. (There are other outcomes, but these 3 seems to be the most common)

If they don't respond or the situation never gets handled, you can mark the game as Not Received after 1 week from the end of the ga. If it is still marked Not Received after 30 days, it will remain on their stats forever. At that point only Support can change it, but would need a very good reason to do so.

Just to make sure, as it never was clear to me, what to do in such case. If the GA creator warns, that the key may be a dupe (or in case of Lootboy SG, requiring, that you agree to delete bad GAs), if I post that I agree to delete the GA, but it's not deleted within a week, should I also mark the GA as "Not Received"? Sound so reading the FAQ, but I was never sure.

Yes, mark as "not received".

Also the warning of a GA creator is null and void. You do not have to agree to delete the giveaway. This is always the winner being nice.

People write that but it doesn't hold any ground, some cases a gifter can really just be unsure, but most get their keys from free sites and just cover their own ass because often something could be wrong with the key.
A winner doesn't have to accept a deletion, it's just a nice thing to do, but then they will just keep trying to pass free keys hoping for some CV.
