Same thing happened here. But they appear to still be in the inventory, there is just no corresponding logo or any text with the title or description. But if I click on some of the empty squares I can choose Send Gift, and it reveals the name of the missing item.

might be, most the invisible ones (the ones with no info in my inv.) were self bought recently or a long time ago

Good news is that they still 'function' properly...one of my blanks was a GA prize and it sent fine...it actually showed up what it was once I went to the Send screen so...

14 missing here, don't know what the games are. My alt had an extra gift copy of Contraption Maker that you got in the recent humble and that went blank too.

Definitely a random bug. One of my copies of Morphopolis is blank while another isn't.

My 2 things were still there, just blank squares. I needed one so it wasn't hard to find being I only had 2 to look through. However, this is strange and could be irritating if you had a large inventory.

Within the last 4 hours, my bot had dozens of games disappear from its inventory. These games were not traded or stolen - they do not appear in the trade history or trade offer history. They simply disappeared.
The games include:
plus various other games.
If I view my trade-history and look for any of the above games, I can find the trade where I received one of the above games, but the trade is empty. Furthermore, previous copies of these games I traded away also show up as empty. For example, here is a trade I made earlier today, trading a copy of Garry's Mod for 2 keys:
