Great work fixing the script to work with the new site. I had been planning to update my userscripts this weekend, but I'm glad you took the initiative and beat me to it because it gives me a chance to focus on my other scripts which also need updating, so thank you :)
By the way, after userscripts went down I moved the thank filter script to https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/5885-steamgifts-com-thank-filter , so you can use than link instead of archive.org.

The original didn't need to worry about the notifications page, and this version was just to make that code work on SG2. It could likely be updated for that page, but I'm not someone who could do that unfortunately.

FYI to get the script to work now you have to change the line // @include http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/ to // @include https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/ or // @include www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/
