who do you want to enter your giveaways?
yes. sent you a friend request to send the game through steam.

thanks! i'd love to see wishlisted as an option for giveaways directly on steamgifts so i didn't have to make a thread, but this is working pretty well.

i'm still pretty backlogged when it comes to playing my wins, but i do want to play them all, minus maybe a few i entered because they were featured back in the day. can't measure intention...
sgtools doesn't have a tool for determining whether people have played their wins anyway

i'm trying to figure out how that can be a thing but i'm not coming up with anything

My wishlist has reached an unholy size and my slow laptop doesn't have enough processing power to open the page.
By now I'm just curious how big I can get it to be. :x

impressive! clearly valve hasn't considered that some of us will own thousands of games or put thousands of games on our wishlists!

i did it a few times before and am happy with how it went. hope you found something to enter!

Ehr... Apparently the whole Deux Ex series have been missing from my wishlist, that's strange. Anyway, thanks for the reminder, at least now I won't forget about them during summer sale :)

i just need mankind divided. i wouldn't be surprised if human revolution was 75% off for summer sale though -- good luck!

Poll is missing the option: People who will play the game ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Wishlist isn't indicative that they're actually interested enough to play it since many people (especially here on Steamgifts) have hundreds if not thousands of games on their wishlist.

that's what i meant by wanting the game . . . unfortunately will play isn't detectable. i don't understand putting things on your wishlist you don't want to play, but it sure does seem that there are people who do it.

That's true, there's no real way of knowing someone actually wants to play a game I personally would have limited the amount of wishlisted games, because now it feels like you're pandering to the game collectors and card farmers. I assume they put it on simply to have a list of games they don't own yet, or they are just interested in the cards (or the game seems mildly interesting) and they might get it on sale, or to enter exclusive whitelist giveaways on this site, ... But you don't seem to want to do that which is obviously your right, so hopefully I'm wrong and your games will be played ^^

the one that was to the list of giveaways that are on your wishlist? where did you expect it to go? i removed it because i didn't actually think it was useful.

i clearly need to play more of my games, because these are the only ones i have to give away that i've actually played. to enter any of these giveaways you need to pass sgtools checks that you activated all your wins and had the game on your wishlist since before today (may 24) or earlier. i almost exclusively enter giveaways for games on my wish list, which turns out is the best way i can come up with to limit entrants to people who actually want the game. last time i tried this a lot of winners had nearly (or even more than) 1000 games on their wishlist and i had some suggestions to also have a check with a maximum wishlist size, but i don’t want to assume it’s unreasonable for someone to want more than X number of games.
if you want any of these and have already declared so via your steam wishlist, do the sgtools check and enter!
i also have a copy of spacechem in my steam inventory that i can’t create a giveaway for. first person to comment here that spacechem is on your wishlist since before today can have it.(taken)Comment has been collapsed.
