I agree that some of then are truly hard, but impossible, no. Frustrating, maybe 😇
Many times, if the puzzle is not obvious it will be hidden in the text from the creator (caps, bold etc.). In this particular case, look at the giveaway link and figure out the rest.

Hey, I'm a new user and it took me a lot of time as well. This type of puzzle does favor old users because you have to remember how the format for the giveaway links goes usually. For example, here's one i found for reference (it had the name of the first game but i deleted it since its irrelevant): https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/413Qn/ . What's different about this one and the one linked above? If you fix the difference, you'll be redirected to an older, closed post. Then you have to think that the difference might be a clue itself, and apply that fix to the only other part of the link that can be changed, which is the last sentence. Hope it helps.
