Yes. It could mean your suspension was justified, and thus the creator is within his / her rights to request a re-roll.

If it happened in the same month, then he probably asked for a reroll because of that.

Even if it has been longer ago, you will get a re-roll if no suspension was served yet.

But don't they always say that they don't grant rerolls if the giveaway is older than a month?

Possible reroll reasons :
Regifted or Did Not Activate Previous Wins This Month
Suspended or Inappropriate Behavior
So if they have a win not activated for a giveaway that ended within a month, you have a ground for a reroll, whether they have already been suspended or not.
If they get suspended because of an older win, you also have a valid reason to reroll.

I am pretty sure, that I got a couple of re-rolls for non activations older than 1 month, because the users did not serve any suspension yet. If it is within 1 month you will get the re-roll even if they served a suspension already.
Edit: TJ was faster :)

Nothing needs changing, the site is functioning as intended. Suspended users can't win anything, if a user is suspended after winning a re-roll will be granted. Sure it sucks that you got caught at a bad time on a supposedly wrong suspension but that's an altogether separate issue.

I don't see how a sender can manipulate the system.

I'm not understanding how the sender can "manipulate" the system. They have up to 7 days to send you your gift. It's not their fault you got suspended in that time period.
They may have even been the one to report you for whatever the reason was, hence why you saw them online for 2 days (average time for support to grant a re-roll). The sender may have been waiting on the report.
Edit: Just read above that it was for a non-activated win, which further confirms my previous statement. A lot of senders check if the winner has any rules broken using sgtools before sending the winner their gift/key, since support will grant them the re-roll if they broke one of the site's rules. That's probably what happened. Be sure to activate your wins from now on~ ♡

I'm willing to bet you that the one that caught you and reported you was no other than the giveaway creator himself which also explains why he didn't send you anything until you were suspended. You had an offence in your account so it was well within his "rights" to request a reroll. If you hadn't have one then there would be nothing he could do.

Hello,
I want to offer change little unfair system to canceling giveaway that was won.
It's my situation:
I won game, wait for it 2 days and don't receive it. After I receive few hour ban, after ban resolving I find that sender canceled my winning, because I was suspended. I wait for game 2 days, saw that sender was online, but he did't send game, after he saw me suspended and cancel win. I know, that it's and my fault for ban, but in this situation senders can manipulate system.
Don't know how really to solve it, maybe we can discuss on it and find good solution for both sides in future situation like this.
p.s. sorry for my english :)
