I think you should just go with the game title that's the most similar to Avencast (in this case, Avadon: The Black Fortress) then explain in the description that the GA is actually for Avencast: Rise of the Mage but since you could not find it in the list... best next thing, right?

Same here. There's always a popup coming up asking me to log into FB. Just entering my email adress doesn't work for me. Tried it multiple times.^^ No idea how you're doing it without FB :/

I've set it to "only me" so it doesn't bother me, not that I even use FB anymore... after the whole app spam and how all serious buisness subtly beg for likes, it's silly and I stopped treating it seriously.
EDIT: Going through the settings, I see that FB has an anonymous mode login for apps :-??
