Get used to it doesn't mean I should accept it. And I've wrote tickets before and they were answered but WAAAAAAAAY long ago. it's like it have been dropped or steamgift.com is trying to copy the same support that STEAM STORE gives to their users. I don't know but it's funny instead of going better things are going worst u.u
