Will I get the 7-day trade ban if I change my email ?

I feel like my current email isn't that safe and I would like to change it, will I get the 7 days trade\market ban :\ ?

It's a necessary precaution though. If someone would hijack your account, they would make sure to redirect the confirmation emails of it to their account. This at least gives you a few days to alert Valve and try to get it back.
By the way, why don't you feel your current email secure? Is it some private server?

I know, but 5 days-ban still hurts.

Anyway crappy email provider in general, not really reliable and I've overused that email account

Just for info, I've just changed the email, got trade-locked for 5 days, but I can still use the market.
