Won a Game twice

Hello
I won a Game here and 10 min earlier on Orly... ,
the Ga here was a Mass give away of 5000 Keys i kommented in the GA for a Reroll but no reaction i also write in an old GA of the Creator
also no reaction i added him on Stteam nothing opened a Support Ticket for Reroll nothing (i think only the Creator can ask for a Reroll )
now my Question have i to mark it as not received ????
and get i rid of the blinking 1 at the Trophy ?

Which GA ended two weeks ago? The SG GA or Orly?
Also, the SG creator may be working, not at home or whatever. So, give them timeto respond, don't click on anything.

It's not likely to get a reroll from a massive GA like that, imagine how many rerolls they would have to issue. If the GA creator doesn't respond, try contacting support under the "Other" category. Also don't mark it either as "Received" or "Not Received".

yes think the same and a Support ticket is also opened 1 Week ago but nothing happens .
so i will wait a Week longer and than if nothing happens ???

They never response to the "Other" category. I have many tickets opened for 5 months without any answer. Just mark it as not received if he dont want to reroll it. If it disturbs the creator then he will contact you.

I guess it's pretty relative, I had an "Other" ticket that took 9 months to have a response, and another one that took less than 12 hours.

As far as SG rules go, you didn't do anything wrong. It's only forbidden to win the same game multiple times here ;)
If the giveaway creator is not responding, just mark it as received and move on, you won't be suspended for it.
