Hi,
Actually to create a link to a steam game we must use this format https://store.steampowered.com/app/611500/

Do you know any way to reduce the https://store.steampowered.com ?

I want to post a lot of link but that make too much characters for a description field.
Thanks for your help
AW

EDIT: Actual solution: https://steam.pm/app/611500/

The idea is to reduce store.steampowered.com

You can replace store.steampowered.com with steam.pm.
So for example https://steam.pm/app/611500/

Just curious.
Do you want to post the links in a thread etc.?
Why not write the text in the windows/desktop editor first, use a shorthand like store and then replace it with the correct link?
Also nice in case the browser crashes

It's to post my games in SteamTrade and it's limited to 60k characters.

Why even bother making your list link to steam? Doesnt everyone that trade use scripts or other sites to see what they own already?

Edit: Im no expert at trading, but just a tip. Fair trade isnt looking at the dollar value on steam store. A 55$ game that is in a 5$ bundle last week isnt worth as much as a unbundled game that was just released and cost 55$ in steam. :)

I don't know I just started trading.
And 3 years ago I made a programm to store keys related to a steam game also it's automatic he take me 10seconds to create the list.

about trading. yes of course maybe that's not super clear. but a new game released 3 days ago at 55$ will not have the same value as a bundled game at 5$. I will see that's not really important to me to trade everything, the rest will go into giveaway
