Hm.. I've got 31 hours in Jagged Alliance 2, and 33 hours in XCOM: Enemy Unknown, but I'm not sure if you'll count those types of strategy games. Will either of those do?

I'd get me some more hours in Civ V but right now I'm running low on space, annd I'm trying to force myself to play and finish the games I have installed before installing something else. It's getting difficult.. haha. Especially since I just got my new PC put together recently. =P

What about Tropico 4? Can I enter to GA?

I like the idea but can't enter as I don't own the base game which is probably a good thing as as it stands you seem to be making the list of "strategy game" up as you go along. Did you provide support with a list of accepted titles? If not then this rule really shouldn't have been allowed, especially as Steam identifies pretty much everything as strategy.
