But as F1 is a sport, noone can stop shitty F1 games, same as FIFA cannot stop FooLOL League from portraying Football/Soccer ;p
Actually, Formula One and the F1 logo are trademarks owned by a group of companies and it would not be legal for anybody to use the names or visuals without a license.
I think this game sidesteps the issue by using only a nondescript "F1" in their name, which apparently isn't trademarked as-is (the actual trademark seems to be for "F1™")

I did myself one in the past, which passed more or less unnoticed, and that's ok because it was not that good. Yours seem to be really bigger and much more worked. I'll try when I'm at the computer. Now with the tablet it's too hard ;P
