Boy Q3 had me stumped! But the clue that helped the most was the "Rakshasa" one, but even with that it was not easy, here is the path I took (with many failed attempts in between):

First I looked up "chinese paladin" and "rakshasa" in google. This gave me this wikipedia page.
On this page I found the "Rakshasa Demonic Granny", which was not the answer, but it included the Chinese for it "羅剎鬼婆". I then used Google translate to just extract the "rakshasa" part of that and convert to simplified Chinese, which was "罗刹". Then I found the Chinese for "Chinese Paladin" (仙剑奇侠传) and did a Google image search for both of those: "仙剑奇侠传 罗刹".
This search resulted in finding this picture which was not the same picture, but it was of a woman that looked similar to her wearing the exact same clothing. As soon as I saw that, I knew my search was over!

After all that, the puppies picture was a cruel joke... :)
