By now you must have realised not all was as it seemed.
To reach this carriage you had to trudge through no fewer than 65 giveaways. So well done you for having the patience to reach this far!
I trust that thus far you have followed Rule 1 which was to not make any comment on any of the giveaway pages until you reach here. Now you can read Rule 2.
Rule 2: If you wish to make a comment (including any type of "thank you") on any of those previous giveaway pages (carriages on the train) then you must post 5 identical copies of that comment on the 5 giveaways of the same game. Preferably make these identical copies of comments as close together in time as possible.
The train circles 5 times before reaching the end, so this will help the illusion of the train circling back on itself. You will notice for example I already did this with a comment on one of the giveaways about it ending a little earlier.
To assist you with this task, I have a link to every one of the 65 giveaways in the table below. You would open up the 5 pages as tabs, copy-paste whatever your comment is into each one, then hit the submit button on all 5 without much delay.
You can post a thank you message, a funny gif, reply to other comments, whatever. As long as you post it in the 5 pages at the same time.
If you could bump the thread, that'd be great, but please don't spoil the nature of the train.

I was totally prepared for one of the "PREV"-links leading to this exit. I remembered the first two letters of the giveaway code for each giveaway, checked the "PREV"-link in the next giveaway to see if they matched. My guess was that in one of the last ones, the PREV would link here (and then the link would not match, indicating the real exit), and if you instead continued with the NEXT a few steps, you would loop back to the real beginning of the train, so someone just going forward would keep looping around, without ever getting to the exit. That would have been even more tricky :D

Oh, there's not really a puzzle but just an unusual train. What a great idea but I figured out what was going on right after the first loop. :p
Instantly understood the purpose of rule 1 and correctly guessed what rule 2 would be and then checking the giveaway code confirmed it.
Also my random guess of what this game will be turned out to be correct. Hope you don't mind that post.

Well considering the end goal was reaching Portal 2 giveaway page it actually is a puzzle. Considering the amount of entries this game has it seems like a lot of people didn't understand what's going on and they ended up giving up.
