PS: I had a similar problem 1 and half - 2 years ago. I contacted support, showed them proof, and they (Rina) removed my negative feedback. Maybe you should also try that! Good luck!

I have screenshots of the conversation, including both keys and my reply within a minute, that his was dupe + a screenshot of the error message that he blocked me.
