Are you sleeping well? Have you tried working out recently? Have you try exploring some hobby latey? Maybe try to do something new, obtain a little, 'useless' new skill (e.g heck juggling or sth) ^^

I get depressed in winter. I think it's a seasonal thing for me. Keeping your sleep on track and being sure to eat right could help you feel better in a physical sense.
