I always dug the original (I actually played it on PC, not on NES like most!) so I decided to get it when it went on sale. It was a good deal so I decided to get another to spread the adventure fun around! I'll add the winner on Steam and gift them their copy. Happy gaming! Oh, and instead of thanks, respond with your favorite adventure game. Mine's probably Quest for Glory 4, if you were curious.

I only played so many (point&click) adventure games, but of those I probably liked Edna & Harvey: Harvey's New Eyes the most.
Tried some of the 'old' stuff like Secret of Monkey Island and Day of the Tentacle some time ago but had to look up the solutions from time to time ... the puzzles/solutions made my head spin from time to time D:

Did you try any Sierra games? Those not only confused you, they killed you! Still a fan though.

only watched the Let's Plays of King's Quest, but damn ... some of those solutions I wouldn't have dreamt of ... but I chuckled a little at the anty-piracy measure
from the 6thin fact of all Sierra games :DComment has been collapsed.

Well, my most favorite adventure game is probably "Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis". But other games from LucasArts are good too!

Hmm, I really liked the old Lucasarts games like Monkey Island.

I didn't even know it came out on PC, only played it on NES once upon a time, about 25 years ago.
My favorite p&c adventure of all times is probably Day of the Tentacle or Sam & Max (the original).

I mostly played them a decade or so ago - but I've 'recently' played and absolutely adored The Whispered World.

Hmm... so many games are tagged with action and adventure... It's hard to say. I love the fallout games, but those are probably more action. I recently had a lot of fun playing The Silent Age and The Walking Dead.

I suppose it depends on your definition of an adventure game. So many games are considered adventure by someone or another. I'm not saying this to try to be argumentative but I've enjoyed so many games that steam would label as adventure that it's hard to narrow it down. What can I say? I'm indecisive so I have trouble picking favorites.

I haven't played that many. I love the point and click ones though, so I'll say Grim Fandango.

There's definitely a lot of good ones. I'd have to say that the one I have the most fond memories of was Police Quest.

I haven't played many adventure games, but I gotta say I Have no Mouth and I Must Scream is my favorite, if it qualifies.
