Well, made it here. Still had to play the demo, because although I knew what each question was about, I needed correct wording. Like for Q4 I tried "+10 Exp.", "Exp. +10" and so on.
But I must say Q7 is, well, weird. I knew that this question was about Mud, but the "item description" part was just confusing. I assumed that item is either water or club and kept putting things like "Life bonus: 5, value: 3" as an answer. Strictly speaking ore nuggets are not items, they're local money. And most RPG players don't regard money as items.
But, apart from that, this was a good puzzle. Thanks. :)

Thank you Fet for reporting this problem. I am thinking to a rewording and to more accepted answers ("5 Ore Nuggets" was missing). It's always a good idea a beta test phase before of releasing a work.

I hate Mud so very much now. BTW funny bug if you run around with your sword drawn, the castle guard instead of stopping you, warns you to lower your weapon but you can run pass through him before he gets annoyed, and this way get into the castle grounds. I even gave my letter to the wizard dude not even doint any task for the guys on the outer ring xD
Thank you BrutoDetestsSB for another demo based quiz.

I'd like suggest you all of not using this trick to get into the castle in the final game, it ruins a funny part of the game. Too bad it didn't get fixed in Gothic 1.

I did it! Thanks Bruto for making this puzzle.
First I thought maybe it's Mordrag but I can't beat him, then I tried to find a goblin but I can't find anyone. Then I beat Mud and he ran away so fast, that's him! But I can't enter the castle...I tried several times finally finished him in a deserted hut.
Maybe he's the fastest creature in Gothic 1 xD

It is highly likely.

Holy crap, man. I never guessed it was the /5/ in the ore nuggets that was throwing me off! That was seriously a little frustrating. Possibly because it was 'AN item he carries,' suggesting one. Still, that was pretty cool of a puzzle. I hope I win!

I guessed 2 answers:
I didn't find Northernstar (later I did), but I had some cheaper weed, so I smoked it and tried answering with similar expressions.
The second one is the swords name - I was running everywhere, killing people, stealing stuff, then I got this question and thought that Crude Sword looks cheap and popular.
Thx for puzzle!

Did you play the demo or the full game of Gothic 1?

Demo on cheats

That explains some things said above. Apparently cheats don't help you a lot, likely you could do much better without of them. You couldn't see the limits of the demo and how I could design the puzzle. It was based on a level 1 character, so you can just beat Mud or some beasts without difficulty. It's also possible you lost the in-game hints for the questions you got stuck. But mostly I wonder whether playing in this way you could get an idea about the game properly.

I already played Gothic 1 demo when I was young and I know this game ("whaaat, we can take ALL these things lying on the ground?!") and Risen too.
I turned on cheats with various reasons - fun (spawning trolls, shamans and golems, killing all the people [I was also looking for weed in that way lol], stealing their stuff [including Crude Swords]), teleportation, visiting whole map, etc.

Trolls and golems at the Old camp? Very funny.

Aww damn, I solved this puzzle too late. I would've liked to play the Gothic series. Thanks nevertheless :)
