I liked my first solution better

'S' looked like '5' to me first and I doubted between 'H' and 'N'... Found though ;)

Damn, I had the right Idea immediately, but then I saw the thing about it not working on dvorak and changed my mind and tried other stuff... then I thought "wait a minute, that wasn't the OP" and came back to my idea and it worked :-D
