I don't have one either, I simply use Paypal connected to my bank account. Maybe you could use that too?

Not sure if it's available for you, but you can usually go to your bank and ask for a pre paid credit card, you just have to add funds on it when you need it or it's empty and you are good to go. I know there is some country that have some ridiculous fee to have those cards, so you better ask the good questions before you get one, but a few years back when i needed one, it cost me around 5,50$ yearly fee to have that card running, so not a big deal considering that pay payl get a fee on every transasction you does using their services...
