Actually, it's rather twice the price, currently on humble bundle (Legendary @ 10$, Regular at 5$).
But I won't be scanning the library of the winner to make sure he doesn't have the base game.
As I said, I would "prefer" if then entrants didn't have the base game, to give the gift of Skyrim to someone without it.
Buying JUST the DLC is much more than buying the legendary is the issue. Once you have the game, it is cheaper to buy the legendary than the individual DLC...unless you could win it on SG. I think that is what ChibiCthulu is saying.

I own the basegame but would really like to get the DLCs. I have a spare Skyrim (basegame) gift, that I would giveaway if I win. If you think that's still not fair I will leave the giveaway.
Personally I'd base it on how much the person who wins the DLC while owning the base game has given back to SG, if their sent/win ratio is better, and how many games they have in their library. I feel like back when I gave Skyrim away myself no one who did the LE giveaways cared; I entered many but never won. Now it seems like every LE copy has the "only enter if you don't own the base game" rule.
Are you fine with people joining for DLCs?

Could you re-think that considering the DLC's cost 3 times as much as the base game and they do add a lot of content?
