I'm guilty of this (browsing but not marking), simply because I can browse on my phone while not at home, but not activate any Steam gifts or keys on there.
I do activate as soon as I use my PC again, though sometimes I'm just too tired when I get home and have to skip a day.
Same reason why sometimes my replies are "a bit" late. I detest typing on my phone :x
