I imagine it can be a tough job,
but I'm sure it also has it's moment of joy.

More than one moment, to be sure. Maybe two. ^^ Really though, it can be satisfying work, but it has its own unique challenges. Like in any workplace, it's usually not the customers, it's the management. ;)
