It's the german version. It has german language only, you can't kill civilians(makes arcade mode easier cause no negative points), there is no ragdoll and enemys sometimes are wounded instead of killed (which means they stop fighting). In the german version you can't kill them,uncut you can still kill them. Just compare the pictures here
The "censored" pictures are game made,they will be also there in the uncut version. Example

the main problem I have with german translation is that "You" always becomes "Sie", even if the speakers now each other very well and may even be good friends. Always makes me cry inside.

Watch a german gameplay video,they talk a lot while they are shooting ppl. The "Sie" wasnt there for me,but maybe I just didnt notice. Ask toaster,he just played the game.

I don't know. One can always try. There is probably a language pack somewhere on the net,but I dont know. You would need those files and I am not sure if that is green
