According to the rules I can ask support for reroll your win from my GA (because you have non-activated gift) and they maybe suspend you (not permanent, and I don’t actually know for how long). For long perspective — you’ll fail any SGtools gate on the forum, (well, it matters, if you use forum).
But instead of filling ticket, I’m asking you — how is that possible that aDAMtWELVE sent you gift through steam, you said you accepted it, but actually not? If you rejected gift, or couldn’t accept it because of cross-region, you shouldn’t press “received” here, at steamgift, and should’ve said about it to aDAMtWELVE — he could’ve delete his GA or reroll.
If you want to solve this problem with aDAMtWELVE, I’ll send you key for my GA as soon as it will be solved — I can wait, it doesn’t matter. But if you don’t want — then I’ll ask support for reroll
